Hemant Pahuja

Hemant Pahuja is a seasoned professional in software engineering and program management with extensive experience at Citi, serving in various senior leadership roles since October 2010. Currently, as Development Group Manager (SVP) for the Credit Cards & Lending portfolio, Hemant leads a team of over 90 software engineers and project managers in the development and maintenance of software applications that facilitate credit and lending decisions for individual and commercial customers in North America. Previous roles include Technical Program Delivery Manager (SVP) overseeing cloud migration projects and Global Application Development Manager (SVP) responsible for managing customer master data globally. Hemant's earlier tenure at Citibank involved managing the Dispute & Complaints portfolio, leading a team of over 60 engineers. Hemant holds a Personal Leadership Executive Leadership degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.E. in Metallurgy from Punjab Engineering College.
