Henry Salmon

Henry Salmon is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Director of Strategic and Venture Investing at Citi since October 2021, after holding positions as Senior Vice President and Vice President within the same division. Prior to Citi, Henry was a Principal and Associate at Anthemis Group, a venture capital firm focused on fintech, from January 2017 to October 2021. Henry's earlier experience includes a role in finance and technology advisory at Winmark from July 2015 to December 2016, and a distinguished career as a Fighter Pilot in the Royal Air Force from September 2004 to March 2015. Academically, Henry holds an MBA from Durham University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southampton, a Fintech Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and A-levels in Maths, Physics, and English Literature from St Paul's School.
