Irene Dima is a strategic operations and business transformation leader with over 10 years of experience in cross-functional execution at enterprise scale. Currently, as VP of Strategic Operations at Citi’s global technology organization, Irene supports leadership execution across a large portfolio of digital initiatives and has designed company-wide performance frameworks. Prior to joining Citi in 2019, Irene served as the Business Development & Partnerships Manager at EC-Council, where they managed enterprise clients and contributed to significant growth in the cybersecurity sector. Irene holds a Master of Science in Strategic Product Design from the International Hellenic University.
