Iryna Kharkovsky (Bandaryk) is a Florida-licensed attorney with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, risk, and controls advisory within the legal sector. Iryna began their career as a Legal Support Services Supervisor and later served as a Corporate Paralegal at Fisher&Sauls, P.A., where they prepared corporate documents and drafted various legal instruments. They further gained experience as a Legal Intern at Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc., focusing on compliance and negotiation for investment funds.
