Jami Abbott is an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional with over 10 years of expertise in delivering impactful learning strategies across various domains, including compliance and leadership development. Currently serving as a Digital Learning Analyst at Citi, Jami previously held the position of Senior Learning Manager and LMS Product Owner at TIAA, where they led a successful Workday LMS implementation for a workforce of over 15,000.
