Janeva L. Benson, MBA, currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Customer Experience Senior Analyst at Citi, having joined the company in October 2019. In this role, Janeva supports Customer Service Teams, creates and maintains team reference guides, coordinates internal training, and streamlines inquiries from third-party callers.
