Jay SinaiBorkar has extensive experience in data governance and management, currently holding a position in data governance at Citi since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jay SinaiBorkar served at Moody's Corporation from October 2014 to September 2021, advancing from Business Analysis Consultant to Vice President of Data Management & Strategy. Earlier career contributions include a strategic role at Bloomberg LP, performing competitive analysis and recommending data onboarding strategies for the insurance sector, as well as co-founding Slynq Interactive, a mobile gaming company. Educationally, Jay SinaiBorkar holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Goa Engineering College.
