Jen Lim is currently the Head of Merchant Partnerships at Citi, where they have been since 2017. Prior to this role, Jen held various positions in the banking sector, including Team Lead and Assistant Manager in Merchant Acquiring at Hong Leong Bank Berhad from 2009 to 2011, and Merchant Sales Unit Head at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad from 2011 to 2013. Jen also worked as a Senior Account Manager in Merchant Partnerships at Standard Chartered Bank from 2014 to 2015. Jen is presently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University of Technology.
