John Tidyman

John Tidyman has extensive experience in risk management within the financial services sector. Notably, Tidyman served as the Head of FXPB In-Business Risk at Citi from August 2019 to February 2022, overseeing counterparty risk management for both linear and non-linear risk. Currently, as the Director of Prime In-Business Risk at Citi, Tidyman leads the global FXPB In-Business Risk and is the EMEA Head of Futures and Clearing Risk. Previous roles include Director at UBS, where responsibilities encompassed EMEA risk management for FXPB and Prime Services, and Vice President at Merrill Lynch, focusing on Prime Brokerage across equity and fixed income portfolios. Tidyman's career also includes positions at Abbey National Treasury Services, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Plutus Capital, and Brevan Howard. Tidyman holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from Durham University.
