Jonathan Nix

Jonathan Nix is the Head of Business Execution at Citi, where they focus on driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. With a strong background in overseeing operations and technology across multiple countries, they have led numerous complex projects within the financial sector. Jonathan's previous roles include Country Head of Operations & Technology in Japan, Vietnam, and Thailand, as well as Project Manager and Head of Retail Operational Control at Citi. They have also contributed significantly to the transformation of Consumer Banking as the Head of Transformation Delivery at Techcombank. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing and Applied Languages from Technological University Dublin.
