Kharlene Neo

Kharlene Neo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fixed income structuring and investment solutions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income Structuring for Latin America at Citi since August 2011, Kharlene has developed a strong expertise in rates structuring. Prior to this role, Kharlene held a position in Equity Derivative Hedge Fund Sales at Societe Generale from January 2010 to December 2010. Kharlene's academic background includes a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
