Ksenia Brovkina

Ksenia Brovkina is an experienced tax professional, currently serving as the Middle East and Africa Tax Head at Citi since March 2016, with additional roles including Northern Africa Lebanon and Central Asia Tax Head and TRUK Cluster Tax Head. Previous experience includes serving as VP and Russia Tax Head at the Royal Bank of Scotland from April 2011 to March 2016, where responsibilities involved tax strategy, advisory, and team management, as well as developing transfer pricing methodologies. Additionally, Ksenia held the position of Tax Manager, focusing on international tax implications and deal structuring. Earlier in the career, Ksenia worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young, providing tax consultancy services for financial institutions. Ksenia holds a specialist degree in Crisis Management and Business Valuation from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, completed in 2005.
