Laura Potts is currently the Director and Head of Partner Engagement for the American Airlines CoBrand Portfolio at Citi. Previously, Laura held several positions at Citi, including VP of the Costco Small Business Cobrand Portfolio and SVP for the American Airlines CoBrand Portfolio, among others. Prior to their time at Citi, Laura worked at Boeing as an Industrial Engineer and in various analytical roles. Laura earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Miami University, an MBA from Drexel University, and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Lehigh University.
