Laurie Rebholz

Laurie Rebholz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent development, currently serving as Managing Director of Global Leadership and Performance Solutions at Citi since September 2012. In this role, Laurie is a member of the L&D Operating Committee, responsible for the design and implementation of various development programs aimed at enhancing leadership and management capabilities within the organization. Prior positions at Citi include Director of Leadership and Talent Development, where Laurie led a global team in creating innovative learning solutions, and Senior Vice President roles focused on executive development and professional skills training. Laurie's career began at Citigroup as VP of Leadership Development and included a tenure as Director of Training at Thomson Financial. Laurie holds an MBA in HR Management from Iona University and a BA in Political Science from Le Moyne College.
