Leo Morales

Leo Morales is a retired Vice President and Compliance Officer from Citibank, N.A. in the Global Investigations Unit, where they have been responsible for conducting complex anti-money laundering investigations since 2014. Prior to this role, Leo served as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge at Homeland Security Investigations, managing significant investigations targeting criminal organizations in South Florida from 2007 to 2014. Their extensive career also includes a tenure as a Special Agent in the U.S. Customs Service, where Leo led high-level drug trafficking and money laundering investigations that spanned national and international contexts. Leo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico and completed graduate credits in Leadership and Management at Columbia Business School.
