Michael G. Corcoran, FCCA, CIA, is the Global SOX Compliance Leader at Citi, where they manage the firm's Global SOX Compliance program and promote strong internal controls over financial reporting. With extensive experience in banking and accounting, they held various leadership roles at PwC, including Director in the National Quality Organization and Director in Trust Solutions for the Banking & Capital Markets group. Michael has a Master of Science in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management and professional certifications as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Certified Internal Auditor. They have also contributed to audit quality compliance and regulatory adherence throughout their career.
