Nakul Asthana

Nakul Asthana has extensive experience in real estate finance, having served as Vice President and Assistant Vice President at Citi from January 2017 to December 2019, specializing in non-recourse lending and commercial real estate finance. Prior to this, Nakul worked as an Associate in the Strategic Risk Solutions Group, providing cross-asset structuring solutions for financial institutions. Early career roles included a Summer Analyst position at HSBC in Global Banking and a Summer Analyst role in Equity Research at Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. Additionally, Nakul gained research experience as an intern at MCap Fund Advisors. Nakul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Singapore Management University, completed in January 2014.
