Noah Halkins

Noah Halkins, PMP, is an accomplished Director with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and advisory services across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Director at Citi, Noah previously held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Clearing House. Noah's career includes significant roles at KPMG as a Director and Manager in Advisory Services, as well as a Program Director for the Secure Token Exchange at The Clearing House. Noah also contributed to the Academy Consulting Group as Vice President of Consulting Services and Financial Operations and as Director of Consulting Services. Educationally, Noah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
