Ouida Kuhn

Ouida Kuhn has over 40 years of experience in project management and operations, currently serving as Director of Issue and Audit Management NACB at Citi since July 1998, where responsibilities include leading a team for Operational Risk Management in Consumer Banking. Previous roles at Citi include overseeing global customer experience initiatives as Director of the Global Customer Franchise Group, managing the North America IT PMO, and directing various program management offices, including the Cards PMO. Prior experience includes a variety of managerial and project roles at AT&T, with a focus on telemarketing and technical project management. Ouida holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BA in Management from the University of North Florida.
