Pramod Gautam

Pramod Gautam is an experienced professional in the field of site reliability engineering and software quality, currently serving as the Site Reliability Engineering Head and Software Quality Head for Global Trade Services and Trade Finance at Citi. Pramod has also held the position of Site Lead for Production Services within the Institutional Clients Group. Prior to that, Pramod worked as an Application Development Team Lead at Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd. Pramod holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
