Preston Cole

Preston Cole is an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi, specializing in Real Estate, Lodging, and Leisure Finance since March 2023. Previously, Preston completed a Summer Analyst position at Eastdil Secured, where extensive training in financial modeling was undertaken, creating ground-up models for various real estate transactions. Prior experience includes a Capital Markets Intern role at Max Benjamin Partners, focusing on deal sourcing and financing, as well as a Property Management Intern at Cole Commercial, where foundational skills in real estate development and property management were developed. Preston holds a double major in Business Administration and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, completed in December 2022, and graduated from Oaks Christian School in 2019.
