Rachel Bigio

Rachel Bigio is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently holding the title of Senior Vice President at Citi. Previous roles at Citi include Vice President, also in Learning and Development. Rachel's background includes significant contributions to the New York State Supreme Court as the Founding Project Director for the Felony Alternative to Incarceration Court, along with positions as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Administrative Judge and Special Project Coordinator. Rachel holds a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from NYU's Robert F.
