Rafal Winiarski

Rafal Winiarski is an experienced sourcing and procurement professional with a robust background in technology and IT services. Currently serving as the Head of End User Services Sourcing and Head of EMEA Technology Sourcing at Citi since April 2021, Rafal previously held the position of Category Manager, VP - Global Supplier Services at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from May 2018 to March 2021, overseeing office productivity software and AI/ML categories. Prior to that, Rafal was with Ericsson for over a decade, managing IT software categories in Europe and Latin America, along with responsibilities for system integration services. Early career experiences include managing IT services procurement at Sygnity S.A. and lead buyer roles at T-Mobile Poland. Rafal holds a Master's Degree with Honours in Corporate Finance from Krakow University of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in IT in Business at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
