Rakesh Purohit

Rakesh Purohit, CFA, has extensive experience in the financial services sector, primarily with Citi since May 2003, where Rakesh currently serves as Global Product Head for Corporate eFX Solutions, responsible for the electronic distribution of FX services and developing new products in Cross Border Payments, Liquidity, and Treasury services. Previous roles at Citi include Risk Manager for FX eCommerce, where Rakesh focused on process reviews and product controls, as well as FX Electronic Sales, overseeing a sales team managing client relationships across various segments. Earlier career experience includes positions at Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd. as a Senior Project Manager, Polaris Software Labs Ltd. as a Project Manager, and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited as a Graduate Trainee. Rakesh holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Nagpur University.
