Ren Ito has diverse experience in both counseling and corporate banking. As a Junior Counselor at Sports Camp of America, Ren assisted young campers with daily activities, ensured their safety, and organized athletic programs while enhancing bilingual communication skills as an English-Japanese Translator. In the corporate sector, Ren participated in various roles at Citi, including Corporate Banking Associate and Analyst, and completed the Citigroup Early ID Leadership Program. Additional experience includes working as an Intern at YouMeWeNPO, where Ren strengthened online outreach and collaborated on funding initiatives, and as a Residential Assistant at the University of Miami, providing orientation and support to students. Ren also gained internship experience in project management and client services at The Carter Group and Neuberger Berman, respectively. Ren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami Business School.
