Riddhi Sen

Riddhi Sen is an experienced professional with a strong background in data, technology, and strategic management. Currently serving as a Director at Citi since March 2024, Riddhi previously held the position of Global Head of Data at Delta Capita, where responsibilities included leading innovation in data and automation solutions, and providing advisory services to Tier 1 and 2 banks. Riddhi has extensive experience in transformation programs for investment banks and insurance firms during tenure at Capco, recognized for leadership in data quality remediation and successful implementation of machine learning applications. Co-founding Ignite Labs and consulting for CIBC and Sun Life Financial further showcases Riddhi's expertise in strategy and process optimization. Riddhi holds degrees from the Schulich School of Business and ESSEC Business School.
