Rodney Dias

Rodney Dias is currently the SVP of HR at Citigroup. Rodney has previously held HR advisory roles at Nomura and Syntel, where they were responsible for developing and executing end-to-end HR interventions, establishing trend and predictive analytics in HR functions, and overseeing process improvements and LEAN projects. Rodney also has experience as a summer trainee in HR at Bank of Baroda and as an equity research analyst at Centrum Broking Ltd.

Rodney Dias has a PGDM from Goa Institute of Management (GIM) in Human Resources and a Bachelors of Management Studies from St. Xavier's College in Business Administration and Management, General. Rodney also has a certification from XLRI Jamshedpur in Certified Assessor for Assessment Centres in Competency Management Framework.
