Patricia Gould

Patricia Gould is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of Total Rewards at Citi since July 2021. Prior to this role, Patricia held multiple leadership positions at Morgan Stanley from September 1998 to June 2021, including Managing Director for Global Head of Institutional Securities and International HR, Global Head of Compensation and Benefits, and Head of Compensation. Patricia began their career as a Human Resources Compensation Specialist at Morgan Stanley. Patricia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance from James Madison University between 1989 and 1993.
