Rodney Simms

Rodney Simms is a seasoned governance, risk, and control leader with extensive experience in operational risk training at Citi, where they lead the design and delivery of related programs. Previously, Simms held key roles at Amazon, overseeing internal audits and loss prevention for the organization. They have also served in various management and project management roles at Citi, contributing to the establishment of critical frameworks and processes. Simms graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and has furthered their education at esteemed institutions such as The Wharton School. Currently, they are enrolled in an Executive MBA program at the University of Miami.
