Sara Bender

Sara Bender is currently the Global Head of UX Design Operations at Citi, where they leverage their extensive experience in design and technology. They previously held roles such as Director UX Operations at American Express and Executive Producer at Gensler, demonstrating a strong background in digital experiences. Sara's earlier positions include managing time-based media at the Hirshhorn Museum and serving as Curator at Looking Glass Gallery. They hold a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org and a BS in Arts Management from Appalachian State University.
