Senthilkumar Sridharan

Senthilkumar Sridharan is a global operations leader with 25 years of experience in driving transformation, primarily within Citi. They served as the Director and Head of Global Operations for Citi Commercial Cards from 2010 to 2017, leading a diverse team of around 400 while achieving significant improvements in client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Previously, Senthilkumar held various roles within Citi, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where they implemented innovative solutions that enhanced operational performance across multiple regions. They earned a B.A. and M.A. in Economics, as well as an MBA in Finance, all from the University of Madras and the Institute for Technology & Management, graduating as a gold medalist in both their undergraduate and graduate studies.
