Sharmistha Sil

Sharmistha Sil is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in financial services and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President (Assistant General Counsel) for TTS Legal at Citi since January 2018, Sharmistha leads legal counsel for Asia's Cash Management and Liquidity Management services and oversees data privacy legal matters in the region. Previous roles include Vice President and Senior Counsel for APAC Legal at Citibank, where Sharmistha supported cash management and trade business operations, and leadership positions at LexCare Global, Tata Capital, Legasis Service Pvt. Ltd., Lexplosion Solutions, Ocean Sparkle Limited, and Quislex. Sharmistha holds law degrees from Symbiosis Law College and Kakatiya University, along with an Executive Program in Fintech Banking and Applied Risk Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
