Shashi Ladha

Shashi Ladha is a Vice President at Citi, where Shashi has led the Global ETL Center of Excellence for Banking & Lending and Investment & Capital Markets products within Citi Global Wealth since July 2014. Shashi also served as Assistant Vice President in Citi Private Bank, focusing on areas such as Security Master and Performance Analytics. Prior to this role, Shashi held positions at Accenture, Infosys, and Capital One, accumulating expertise in data migrations, ETL best practices, and Anti-Money Laundering technologies. Shashi has been an Ambassador for One Young World since October 2018, and Shashi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.
