Shivi Jain is a seasoned professional with experience in business risk and data analysis roles. Currently serving as a Vice President - Business Risk Officer at Citi since August 2023, Shivi previously held positions as a Senior Analyst at American Express and a Software Engineering Analyst at Accenture, where notable achievements included pioneering test automation, optimizing SQL queries for enhanced data analysis, and innovating a Design Construction and Project Management application that significantly increased operational efficiency. Shivi also garnered comprehensive experience in functional testing across hospitality projects and contributed to business data analysis during an internship at The Sparks Foundation. Shivi holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from W. P.
