Silas Findley

Silas Findley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, strategy, and legal aspects of financial markets, currently serving as the Citibank Governance Lead for Banking & International and the Chief Governance Officer for the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) at Citi since 2007. In previous roles, Silas has been the EMEA Head of Strategy and Business Development for Global Spread Products, Managing Director overseeing Futures, Clearing, and Collateral for EMEA, and Managed Director for OTC Clearing in the region. Silas has contributed to industry leadership as a member of the European Advisory Board of FIA Global and various committees. Earlier experience includes a directorial role at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company and an associate position at Sidley Austin LLP, specializing in securitization and derivative transactions. Silas holds a JD with High Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law and a BA in English from Western Washington University.
