Steven Cohen, MBA, has extensive experience in retail and wholesale credit lending, as well as FHFA regulated program management. They served as Senior Vice President of Institutional Credit Management & Product Management at Citi, where they collaborated with stakeholders to shape product strategies and led agile teams for digital transformation. Previously, Steven was the Team Lead for Affordable Housing & Community Investment at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, overseeing compliance and operations of affordable housing programs. They earned an MBA from New Jersey City University and a BBA from Kean University and are currently pursuing insurance licensing.
