Sumanth Potnuru

Sumanth Potnuru is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data governance and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and APAC/EMEA Data Owner at Citi since July 2013, Sumanth oversees data quality initiatives within the NAM Data Governance Office. Prior to this role, Sumanth worked at Ernst & Young as an Analyst, focusing on financial fraud data analytics and entity extraction. At Capgemini, Sumanth held positions including Onsite Team Lead for an offshore data analytics team and Tech Lead for HSBC cards production support, managing application enhancements and automation. Sumanth began the career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Application Developer for credit card applications. Sumanth holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Andhra University.
