T.J. Tan

T.J. Tan is an adaptable Operations Professional with extensive experience in Internal Audit, Budgeting, Procurement, Training, and Customer Service solutions within the Finance and Banking Industry. Currently serving as VP of IA Business Execution at Citi since 2024, T.J. has previously held roles such as IA APAC Business Manager and SVP in the Group Audit COO Office at DBS Bank, where they played a pivotal role in winning the Securities Investors’ Association Internal Audit Excellence Award in 2015. T.J. holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the same institution.
