Tim Akpinar

Tim Akpinar is the Vice President of Financial Access Partnerships at Citi, a position they have held since 2023. With nearly 15 years of experience in the finance sector, Tim has previously worked in various roles at Citi, including Vice President of Social Finance and Assistant Vice President positions in Inclusive Finance and Microfinance. Tim began their career as a Jr Financial Analyst at People Capital from 2008 to 2009 and completed a Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology.
