Yuntao Zhu

Yuntao Zhu currently serves as the Head of US Card Fraud Strategy at Citi, where responsibilities include leading teams in fraud detection and prevention analytics across over 20 card portfolios to mitigate fraud losses and enhance customer experience. Previously, Yuntao Zhu was the Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on Applied AI and Machine Learning for fraud modeling and leading the development of innovative detection models. Yuntao Zhu began a professional career at American Express as the Director of Fraud & AML Strategy, overseeing analytics for fraud management across 23 international markets. Yuntao Zhu holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, both from Washington State University.
