His knowledge and expertise span numerous areas, including implementing complex enterprise systems, establishing digital solutions, developing new business operations, and leading operational process improvements. He’s served as a business operations lead and technologist for Electronic Data Systems (a pioneer in technology outsourcing), worked as a Managing Director at Accenture, and performed as an Executive Director at Kaiser Permanente.
