Grayson Wormser

Grayson Wormser is a skilled professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategy at Citizen Data since June 2021. Previous roles include Campaign Strategist and Operations Manager at the same organization. Grayson has demonstrated strong leadership as a Field Organizer for the Arizona Democratic Party, successfully managing a large volunteer team to increase voter turnout and registration. Additional experience includes project management at World Central Kitchen, where Grayson coordinated meals for communities during the COVID-19 pandemic, and serving as a Field Organizer for Pete for America, where effective grassroots mobilization was achieved. Grayson also has a background in refugee resettlement and education, having co-founded the Equal Education Fund and contributed to various nonprofit initiatives. Grayson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs and Spanish from The George Washington University and has participated in international studies at Universitat d'Alacant.
