Andy Iro

Andy Iro is the VP of Operations at Citizen. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director & Head of Operations (West & Central U.S.) at Compass from January 2021 to March 2022. Andy was responsible for helping create scalable initiatives and operational infrastructure to improve the real estate agent / home buying experience by implementing technology and improving the products and services offered through the Compass platform. Some of their key priorities included leading the M&A of Pacific Union International and transitioning people, systems, and process of a $18B+ in sales annually.

Before Compass, Andy was the Senior Director Of Operations at AvantStay from January 2019 to January 2021 where they oversaw a team of 40+ exceptional personnel and managed the day-to-day operations of the business. Their key priorities there included onboarding Team, Design Team, and Customer Experience Team.

Andy has extensive experience in driving strategy across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maximize profits. Andy is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in scaling businesses and building high-performing teams.

Andy Iro's educational career would involve studying sociology at UC Santa Barbara.
