Kathryn Hart

Kathryn Hart is a seasoned professional in people operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of People Operations & Talent Acquisition at Citizen since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kathryn held the position of Director of Recruiting for Tech (Data Science, Product & Design) at Stitch Fix and various recruiting management roles at Compass, a company specializing in real estate technology. Kathryn's experience also includes recruitment at Chartboost, an established gaming technology platform, and supporting talent events at Rocket Fuel Inc. as an administrative assistant. With a degree in Music from The Catholic University of America and advanced studies in theatre, Kathryn combines arts expertise with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management across diverse industries. Additionally, Kathryn is a founding member of Syelo since April 2024.
