Charlie Grappone

Charlie Grappone has a solid background in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry. Charlie started as a Night Auditor and Sales Coordinator at Hersha Hospitality in 2009, before moving on to roles at Real Hospitality Group, Concord Hospitality Enterprises, and Millennium Hotels and Resorts. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Sales at citizenM hotels, where they eventually became the VP of Business Transient Sales for North America in 2020. Throughout their career, Charlie has demonstrated expertise in developing sales strategies and supporting global sales brands for various hotel chains.

Charlie Grappone graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School in 2001 with a High School Diploma in Computer Science. Charlie then went on to attend SUNY Purchase from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
