Bindz Patel

Bindz Patel is an experienced and CIPD qualified Learning and Development professional dedicated to advancing social justice through enhancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in third sector organizations. They have held significant roles, including Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager at Samaritans and Citizens Advice, where they built EDI capabilities and managed diverse teams. Previously, they served as Learning and Development Manager at Mental Health First Aid England and the National Union of Students, focusing on improving workforce performance and developing impactful learning interventions. Bindz holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London, along with a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development.
