Imogen Birch

Imogen Birch is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in policy and communications, currently serving as a Senior Researcher at Citizens Advice since March 2014. In this role, Imogen has been responsible for designing and delivering high-quality research to support policy objectives. Previously, Imogen held positions at Consumer Futures as a Senior Researcher and Policy Manager for Energy Retail, where advocacy for fair energy deals for vulnerable consumers was a key focus. Imogen's experience also includes advisory roles at the Department for Communities and Local Government and the Office for the Deputy Prime Minister, as well as communications management at the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions. Imogen holds a BA Hons in Politics and Sociology from the University of the West of England.
