Siobhan Durcan

Siobhan Durcan has a varied work experience spanning from 2008 to 2022. Siobhan currently works as an AI Lead at Citizens Advice. Previously, they worked as a freelance Senior Consultant at FutureGov, where they led cross-functional agile teams in building data-driven tools for the public sector's Covid-19 response. Siobhan also worked as a freelance Digital Transformation & Product Manager at the Royal College Of Speech and Language Therapists. Before that, they were a Global Product Manager at Condé Nast International, where they managed CRM, sales management, and business intelligence tools. Prior to that, they worked as a CRM Products and Process Lead at Teach First and a Digital Products and Data Associate at Speakers for Schools. Siobhan began their career as an Internal Product User Research and Training professional at Dixons Carphone.

Siobhan Durcan has a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Adaptive Systems from the University of Sussex, which they completed from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature with Theatre and Jurisprudence from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Siobhan also attended Tring School from 2004 to 2008 and Brigidene College, Sydney from 2002 to 2004. Siobhan completed their secondary education at St. Michael's Catholic Grammar from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Siobhan has obtained certifications as a Data Ethics Professional from the Open Data Institute in 2023 and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in 2018. Siobhan also has a certification in Python from HackerRank and in Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce.
