Kayla Doughty

Kayla Doughty currently serves as Wire Operations Manager at Southern Bank since February 2023. Previously, Kayla held the position of Assistant Manager Electronic Banking at Citizens Bank & Trust from November 2017 and also worked as an Electronic Banking Specialist at the same institution. In this role, responsibilities included answering customer phone calls and assisting customers in accessing online services. Prior to this, Kayla was a Patient Access Representative at Hedrick Medical Center between December 2010 and November 2017. Kayla completed an Associate’s Degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology at DeVry University from 2015 to 2016 and earned an Associate’s Degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant from North Central Missouri College between 2008 and 2013.
