Pandithasudara Rajitha Wajirangani Perera

Ms. P. R. W. Perera is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka. Her previous experience include being a Senior Manager attached to Assurance Division at Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a diversified group of Companies. Ms. Perera was an Independent Non-Executive Director of Unisons Capital Leasing Limited (UCL), which was a subsidiary of Citizens Development Business Finance PLC (CDB) till UCL was amalgamated with CDB. Currently, she serves as a partner at Gomes & Company, Chartered Accountants.
